Why I chose Lees-McRae...

I chose LMC for the wildlife biology program. I enjoyed the thought of being able to do hands on work and gain experience in college.

My advice to students searching for a college...

I would tell them to major in something you really enjoy. You might not know what you want to do right away and that’s ok but once you find what you like, pursue it. That will make your college experience happier and make it more worthwhile.

I like the small community. It’s very friendly and welcoming.

Most memorable Lees-McRae experience...

The first time it snowed my freshman year, a ton of students were outside sledding and building snowmen. My friends and I made a snowman and named him Wiley!
