My advice to students searching for a college...

My advice is to choose a place that offers a ton of different opportunities! You're going to grow so much in college that it is good to have lots of chances to explore and expand your mind to new things that will forever impact your life.

Favorite thing about Lees-McRae....

The community is so tight-knit, and everyone is always looking to support you and help you grow. For example, the classes are typically pretty small, and it's always super easy to get in touch with your professors! They're always super ready and excited to guide you in any way possible.

Favorite thing to do in the area...

My favorite thing to do in the area is to walk up to Beacon Heights with my friends! We all commit to providing one food to share with everyone and someone brings a blanket so we can sit and admire the stunning sunrise or sunset!

Why I chose Lees-McRae...

I chose Lees-McRae because the first time I visited campus it was so obvious that the people I met on campus truly loved the school and were excited to share that love with me! It's a stunning campus with huge opportunities to learn and grow, and they're excited to provide the resources to help you do so!
